New Delhi, Sep 14 (PTI) A Delhi court today rejected a plea by Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA) leader Medha Patkar seeking exemption from personal appearance in two cases of criminal defamation and imposed a cost of Rs 500 on her for not appearing before it.
